To access Aoikumo from Window devices:
- Make sure your device is connected to the Internet.
- Open a web browser. Recommendation: Google Chrome
Key in the website address: [business name].aoikumo.com- Download Aoikumo Security Service application by clicking on the “Download Aoikumo Security Service” link. (This application is designed to prevent staffs from accessing into the Aoikumo system from out of office.)
- Unzip the downloaded file, open it and click on the “setup” icon to install the security application.
- after installing, click on ”^” Show hidden icons sign, at the bottom right side of the desktop taskbar.
Then right click on the “Aoikumo Security Service” icon and click on “Enable auto Start up”.
You can see that the Security Service application is in the Startup tab in Task Manager, this means that its already enabled. Security Settings can be Configured later in the Config Feature of the Aoikumo system, meaning that you must first sign-in/log-in into the system. Proceed to the CONFIG section of this document to get to know more about this feature.- Head back to the website address: [business name].aoikumo.com
Key in your Username and Password.- Select the Outlet the user is assigned to.
- Click
. - You will immediately be directed to the Dashboard page.
- If you have forgotten your password and PIN then:
- Under "Sign In" , click “Forgot your password?” link.
Key in your Username, then click 
.- The system will automatically reset and send you the new Password and PIN through SMS & email.
- Perform Sign In as described above.
