1. Go to the Config page > Migration > Step 5 - Past Data > STEP 5(A) - OWED SERVICES
Then download the migration file.
2. Once the Migration File has been downloaded as Excel, you may proceed to open the migration file in Microsoft Excel.
3. In the migration file, select the following:
i. Customer
ii. Outlet
iii. Item/Service: select 'Cash Wallet'
iv. Quantity: set as '1'
v. Remarks
vi. Price: put the total cash wallet amount
Once you have filled in the details, save the file.

4. Return to the same page in step 1 and click on the upload Migration File button, then select the saved Excel file.
5. Once uploaded, you can see from the Customers page > click into the customer profile > the cash wallet has been added to the customer's Cash Wallet balance.
